This case was called from the calendar for trial at the Court's June 7, 2021, Los Angeles, California remote trial session. On June 8, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Proposed Stipulated Decision and attached thereto as Exhibit A, the Proposed Stipulated Decision in which should have been lodged. On June 10, 2021, respondent filed a separate Proposed Stipulated Decision and on June 17, 2021, filed a Settlement Stipulation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Motion for Leave to File Proposed Stipulated Decision filed on June 8, 2021, is hereby denied as moot.
