An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 19, 2016, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved to stay cancellation of notice(s) of pendency filed with the Queens County Clerk in this matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the aforesaid order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
