This case is calendared for trial on the Court's St. Louis, Missouri trial session beginning on September 19, 2022. On July 29, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance and asks that the case be restored to the general docket so that the parties have more time to exchange discovery and work towards a settlement in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's September 19, 2022, St. Louis, Missouri trial session and is continued generally.
