RULING

The Court has carefully considered the Motions to Remand, the record, the law applicable to this action, and the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Carol B. Whitehurst dated June 30, 2017. The Parties filed Objections which the Court has also considered.

The Court hereby approves the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge and adopts it as the Court's opinion herein.

Accordingly, this matter is remanded to the Fifteenth Judicial District Court, Vermillion Parish, Louisiana.
