In an action to recover sums allegedly due from defendant, pursuant to two oral contracts of employment, defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against it in the sum of $9,487.24, entered upon the verdict of a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
