ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

This case had previously been set for trial at the Court's May 6, 2024, Seattle, Washington trial session. On April 10, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that the parties had reached a basis for settlement. The Court gave the parties until June 7, 2024, to submit a proposed stipulated decision. On May 31, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that he had mailed a proposed stipulated decision to Mr. Stupart but that the Commissioner had not received a signed decision from Mr. Stupart. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, by July 12, 2024, either the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or the Commissioner shall file an appropriate motion.
