Before Chief Justice WRIGHT Justices O'NEILL and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated July 1, 2011, the Court notified appellant that she had not paid or made arrangements to pay the county clerk's fee for the clerk's record. The Court required appellant to provide within ten days written verification that appellant had paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee or written documentation that appellant has been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We warned appellant that the failure to provide the required documentation within the specified time may result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution.

As of the date of this order, appellant has not provided the required documentation concerning payment of the clerk's fee for the clerk's record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
