ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.
On February 17, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for continuance. On March 3, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with respondent and petitioner Ronald Studle. During that conference call, respondent stated that there were no objections to the granting of petitioners' motion for continuance. Furthermore, respondent requested that this case be calendared for remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Charleston, West Virginia, is the place of trial, to which petitioner Ronald Studle did not object.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' motion for continuance filed February 17, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that this case is calendared for remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Charleston, West Virginia, is the place of trial. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
This order constitutes official notice to the parties.
