Motion of the student respondent for divided argument and for enlargement of time for oral argument granted. Motion of the Solicitor General for leave to participate in oral argument as amicus curiae, for divided argument, and for enlargement of time for oral argument granted, and the time is divided as follows: 45 minutes for petitioner, 20 minutes for the university respondent, 10 minutes for the student respondent, and 15 minutes for the Solicitor General.
