The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 142 Conn.App. 684, 69 A.3d 320, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the trial court should not have granted summary judgment on counts one through three of the plaintiffs' complaint because there existed genuine issues of material fact?”
