On September 7, 2023, petitioner Renee T. Stuart filed a motion for reasonable litigation or administration costs. The Court subsequently issued an Order directing the Commissioner to file a response to the motion. On September 29, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report therein requesting additional time to file a response. The Commissioner further states in his status report that Ms. Stuart does not object to the request. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the time in which the Commissioner shall file a response to the motion for reasonable litigation or administrative costs is extended until November 16, 2023.
