This case is on the calendar of the Court's September 11, 2023, trial session for Denver, Colorado. The parties filed Status Reports on August 21, 2023, and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. The parties anticipate that the proposed stipulated decision will be filed with the Court before the above-referenced trial session is scheduled to commence. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 11, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 21, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
