An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 25, 2023,
And defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved to: (a) stay enforcement of the aforesaid order pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, and for recission of said order; (b) direct plaintiff-respondent to comply with defendant's discovery request dated May 04, 2021; (c) compel a deposition of plaintiff-respondent; (d) compel plaintiff-respondent to identify and provide all documents received pursuant to a certain subpoena; and (e) recuse Justice O'Neill Levy from hearing this matter, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
