DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants-respondents for extension of time to perfect their appeals.

Cross motion by respondent-appellant to deny extension request, for damages and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by appellants-respondents is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to January 12, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion to deny, for damages and for further relief is denied, without costs.
