MOTION DECISION

M290180

MARK C. DILLON, J.P., BETSY BARROS, CHERYL E. CHAMBERS, HELEN VOUTSINAS, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 27, 2023. By order to show cause dated May 3, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 27, 2023, was issued in the above-entitled matter, and/or to the extent that the notice of appeal purports to appeal from an order dated March 22, 2023, on the ground that no appeal lies from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

DILLON, J.P., BARROS, CHAMBERS and VOUTSINAS, JJ., concur.
