Action to recover damages for the alleged wrongful termination of the plaintiff's employment, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and referred to Hon. John M. Alexander, state trial referee; judgment for the defendant, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
