Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ. [Order denied motion by judgment creditors for order directing payment to them.]


Both because there is no sufficient showing that the defendant corporation is insolvent and because the issue here presented was determined by the prior proceedings in the Second Department, the order appealed from is unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants, and the motion granted.
