William Watson, having moved to dismiss the petition in this original CPLR article 78 proceeding, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the petition is dismissed on the ground that this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction (see CPLR 506 [b] [1]; 7804 [b]; Matter of Nolan v Lungen, 61 N.Y.2d 788 [1984]; Matter of Holmes v Dunne, 180 A.D.3d 683 [2d Dept 2020]).
