Appeal from Circuit Court, Geneva County; H.A. Pearce, Judge.

J.W. Strickland was convicted of violating an ordinance of the Town of Samson, and he appeals. Affirmed.

The judgment in this case is affirmed on authority of Strickland v. Town of Samson, ante, p. 592, 80 So. 166.

Affirmed.
