YESICA STRICKLAND, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On June 20, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to taxable years 2013 and 2016 and to strike. We will direct petitioner Yesica Strickland to file an objection to this motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 27, 2023, Ms. Strickland shall file an objection to the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to taxable years 2013 and 2016 and to strike. If Ms. Strickland fails to file a response, the Court is inclined to grant the motion and dismiss tax years 2013 and 2016 for lack of jurisdiction and deem those years stricken from the petition.
