On November 18, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 17) which did not address the accuracy-related penalty pursuant to I.R.C. § 6662(a). The Court is therefore unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 17), filed November 18, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
