STIPULATED ORDER EXTENDING PRETRIAL DEADLINES AND BRIEFING SCHEDULE

HONORABLE KEVIN R. SWEAZEA, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

THIS MATTER came before the Court for consideration of the parties' Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines and Briefing Schedule. This Court reviewed the Motion and arguments made therein and considered that all the parties to this litigation joined the Motion. Accordingly, this Court finds that the Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines and Briefing Schedule is well-taken and should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:

A. The Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines and Briefing Schedule is GRANTED;

B. The deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order [Doc. 17], are VACATED;

C. The deadline for Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosure is extended to November 6, 2023;

D. The deadline for Defendants= Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosure is extended to December 6, 2023;

E. The deadline for the termination date for discovery is extended to February 2, 2024;

F. The deadline for supplementing discovery/disclosures is extended to February 2, 2024;

G. The deadline for motions relating to discovery is extended to February 19, 2024; and

H. The deadline for pretrial motions other than discovery motions is extended to March 4, 2024.
