This Court has had an opportunity to review the extensive report filed by Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives and believes that the correct conclusion has been reached for the proper reasons.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus is denied.
