MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER


This matter is before the Court on Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives' Report and Recommendation dated April 27, 2000. There have been no objections filed. This Court has had an opportunity to review the extensive report filed by Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives and believes that the correct conclusion has been reached for the proper reasons.

ACCORDINGLY:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives, dated April 27, 2000, is hereby accepted and adopted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus is denied.
