Plaintiffs-respondents having moved to dismiss the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered May 1, 2019, and August 9, 2019, on the ground that defendants-appellants' right of direct appeal from the orders terminated with the entry of a judgment on December 5, 2019, and defendants-appellants having cross-moved to have various appeals heard on the same day,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the cross motion and the appeals from the orders entered May 1, 2019, and August 9, 2019, are dismissed.
