ROBERT HENRY STREYAR, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge

On September 27, 2023, Mr. Streyar filed with the Court what appears to be a 2018 tax return, which he electronically filed as a brief in support of answer. We will deem the document to be stricken and seal it from public viewing. We remind Mr. Streyar that we are a court of public record, and any documents he files may be open to public inspection. If Mr. Streyar's intent was to provide the information to the Commissioner, he should do so directly. In the meantime, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Streyar's "Brief in Support of Answer" shall be deemed stricken from the record and rendered not viewable by the public.
