STREETER, JR., (HOWARD L.) v. S.C. (CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS & REHABILITATION)

Order filed

Petitioner Howard L. Streeter, Jr.'s “Petition for Writ of Mandate,” filed on June 27, 2019, will be treated as a petition for review filed the same date. The time for granting or denying review is extended to September 25, 2019. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.512(b)(1).)

Petitioner's request for a stay is denied as moot.

The Clerk is directed to maintain Exhibit 37, “Declaration of Michael J. Hersek,” submitted on July 1, 2019, conditionally under seal pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.46(e).

Accordingly, Petitioner's “Application for Leave to File Exhibit under Seal in Support of Petition for Writ of Mandate,” filed on July 1, 2019, is denied as unnecessary, and Respondent's “Motion to Strike,” filed on July 2, 2019, is denied.
