Strauzer v. Fremont Rubber Company

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Mar 25, 1952
279 App. Div. 905 (N.Y. App. Div. 1952)

Opinion

March 25, 1952.

Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.

Order unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants, and the motion to consolidate these two actions, arising out of the same accident, granted. The consolidation, however, should be of the New York County action into the Bronx County action and the consolidated actions tried in Bronx County. Settle order on notice.
