The lower numbered of these complex cases was on the January 25, 2021 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. We continued it to enable the parties to try to settle, and they continue to report good progress and cooperation in informal discovery. They also reasonably suggestreporting again in May if they haven't settled. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before May 2, 2023 the parties shall file a status report to describe their progress and their updated estimates of whether a trial will be necessary.
