Judgment of the Special Term and judgment of the City Court of Buffalo reversed on the facts, and a new trial granted in the City Court, with costs in this court and in the Special Term to the appellant to abide event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence on the question of the negligence of the parties. All concur.
