Petitioner-respondent having moved for reargument of, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, from the decision and order of this Court, entered on November 1, 2018 (Appeal No. 7142), (M-5648), and Respondent-appellant having cross-moved for modification of the aforesaid decision and order of this Court, entered on November 1, 2018 (Appeal No. 7142), to reflect a change of circumstances that occurred after the issuance thereof (M-6234), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion (M-5648) and cross motion (M-6234), and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion (M-5648) and cross motion (M-6234) are denied.
