Motion by the appellant for leave to file a replacement brief on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated August 30, 2012, and October 2, 2012, respectively, and for this Court to take judicial notice of a certain order of the Town Court, Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
