DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by appellants in the above-entitled appeals from final judgments of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered January 31, 2013, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 19, 2013, and continued by decision and order on motion dated April 10, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the above-entitled appeals are consolidated for the purpose of disposition of appellants' motions; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellants' motions are denied as moot, as the appeals have been determined.
