The applicants, JWS Restoration Services, Inc. and Donald "Slade" Jordan, seek supervisory review of the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment. On the showing made, we decline to exercise this Court's supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ is hereby denied.
