At DISCUSSION C, second to last paragraph beginning with "In addition" and ending with "fees and costs)." (slip opn. p. 11): delete the sentence "There is no provision in the rules for an 'appendix' to a reply brief."
The petition for rehearing is denied.
There is no change in the judgment.
