Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cayuga on July 30, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of John L. Valentino, Esq., dated March 20, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 11, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 18, 2013, and inserting in its place the date May 24, 2013.
