ORDER
The clerk's record in this appeal has not yet been filed and is not yet due. However, because appellees have filed a motion to dismiss the appeal asserting the appeal is untimely, we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, no later than April 21, 2016, a record containing a copy of (1) the trial court's final judgment; (2) defendant's motion for new trial; and (3) the trial court's order on defendant's motion for new trial. Ms. Pitre shall inform the Court in writing if any of these documents cannot be located.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and all parties.
