In an action for a separation, defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Adel, Sneed and MacCrate, JJ., concur; Nolan, P.J., and Carswell, J., dissent and vote to reverse the judgment and to dismiss the complaint.
