DIVORCE, § 74when divorce decree based on adultery was supported by evidence. Divorce decree entered for plaintiff would be affirmed on appeal where there was evidence to support finding that defendant again committed adultery more than two months after a former offense which was allegedly condoned.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Macoupin county; the Hon. L. E. WILHITE, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1947.
