On May 6, 2020, this court dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction and ordered that no costs be assessed against appellant because he qualified as indigent. On May 13, 2020, appellant filed a letter requesting a refund of his filing fees. After consideration, we GRANT appellant's request and ORDER the clerk of this court to issue a refund for all filing fees previously incurred and paid by appellant in relation to this appeal. It is so ORDERED on June 17, 2020.
