The clerk's record in this appeal was originally due December 26, 2023. On January 19, 2024, the county clerk filed a notification of late record requesting an extension of time until January 26, 2024. The county clerk subsequently filed the record on January 22, 2024. Accordingly, the request for an extension of time is DENIED AS MOOT.
