DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Finkelstein & Partners, LLP, to withdraw as counsel for respondents-appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken in this action against respondents-appellants, until February 4, 2019, and a copy of this decision and order shall be mailed to respondents-appellants by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to respondents-appellants to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or to proceed representing themselves on the appeal.
