On April 25, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On June 5, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Withdraw the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's Little Rock, Arkansas trial session on June 12, 2023. Counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 25, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed June 5, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that on or before August 11, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
