ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On October 12, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. Both petitioners' signatures on that document were made using a cursive computer font. While the Court permits the filing of documents signed with imaged or digitized signatures, the use of cursive fonts is not acceptable. See Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov, for examples of acceptable imaged or digitized signatures.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed October 12, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2022, the parties shall file a properly signed proposed stipulated decision.
