DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 30, 2021. Motion by the respondent pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) to vacate an automatic stay of the order and judgment pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), to impose a sanction upon the appellants, and for an award of an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
