The motion is referred to the court that rendered the decision.


Motion to resettle order denied, without costs. On the court's own motion, the decision handed down on February 20, 1950 ( ante, p. 979), is amended by striking from the seventh line thereof the words "without costs" and substituting therefor the words "with ten dollars costs and disbursements to appellants".
