Opinion

Case No. SC06-786.

June 15, 2006.

Lower Tribunal No. 4D05-3867.

Petitioner has submitted a petition for an exercise of all writs jurisdiction, which this Court has treated as a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Because the Court has determined that relief is not authorized, this case is hereby dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.

WELLS, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
