ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On March 27, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. On April 5, 2024, the Court directed petitioner Darron Lyon Stoker to file a response to the motion. Mr. Stoker did not file a response to the Court's order.

This case was called from the calendar on May 2, 2024, during the Court's remote trial session for Shreveport, Louisiana. There was no appearance by Mr. Stoker or anyone acting on his behalf. Counsel for the Commissioner appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 3, 2024, Mr. Stoker shall show cause in writing as to why the Court should not grant the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss Failure to Properly Prosecute and entered a decision against him for the amounts set forth in the Commissioner's motion in this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
