This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session of the Court scheduled to begin on April 4, 2022. On March 4, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance of trial. Respondent stated in the motion, among other things, that he was unaware of petitioner's view regarding the motion for continuance of trial. On March 7, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file a response to respondent's motion for continuance of trial by March 25, 2022. On March 22, 2022, petitioner filed a response to motion for continuance. In the response, petitioner states among other things, that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and that petitioner consents to respondent's request for a continuance of trial in this case. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial, filed March 4, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia, trial calendar and is continued generally.
