IN THE MATTER OF THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ASBESTOS LITIGATION JAMES STOCK, JR. AND LYNN M. STOCK, PLAINTIFFS-RESPONDENTS-APPELLANTS, v. AIR & LIQUID SYSTEMS CORP., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BUFFALO PUMPS, INC., ET AL., DEFENDANTS, JENKINS BROS., DEFENDANT-APPELLANT-RESPONDENT.


PRESENT:

Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered May 6, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties to extend the time to perfect the appeals,

It is hereby ORDERED that the time for defendant-appellant-respondent to perfect the appal is extended to December 5, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the time for plaintiffs-respondents-appellants to file and serve a brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (iv) is extended to January 6, 2020.
