ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Catherine A. Barber, Esq., P.O. Box 1521, Guilderland, New York 12084 is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before November 4, 2019. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before November 18, 2019.
